At first, it must be stated that the education system through what we have become such biggies, that is a complete lie. As the technology has been advanced at the pace, that you need two to three week to understand the major historical event, geographical equations and many other major subjects. But there are some major things what we must learn from schools, which are not at all the part of our curriculum. Our next generation is learning the same thing, which was taught to our grandparents.
At first, we don’t have any idea of personal finance in our schooldays. We don’t know how to count the Credit cards and interest rates, what are the benefits of saving money from 18 for the future. Many of us have no idea about compound interest. It is the high time to teach about choosing the silver over the chocolate bar to save. Financial illiteracy is a bigger issue; when you are retiring with no savings, purchasing a bunch of crap to show off and at the end, you are not capable enough afford the prominent health care.
It is important to learn to share everything you know and ask each question to quest the thirst of your curiosity. The manipulative behaviour grows up from the very early stage; you need to spot it out among the crowd. Do such honest discussion about sexuality and respect every person. You need to know how to communicate with your loved ones, in spite of living in your own dreamy world. It is important to be a good friend, respect each other’s family, work on the conflicts together to sort out the issues.
Self-awareness is the most ignored part of learning. We often go in our life by following others opinion as our own wish. It is time to wake up, to aware of you. You need to understand what your capabilities are. Think before you judge about everything. Like if a person named John is a bad person, it doesn’t mean that people who named John are bad. You can hate someone for a reason, but not everyone for that exact reason. Through self-awareness, you can figure out why you are quick to get angry or judgemental over every action.
Uncertainty is not a bad thing. It helps you to be more curious, to learn new things. It develops communication skills with your intentions. It keeps you humble and accepts whatever is coming along to your path. You can see the world without unfair judgments and stay nonbiased. It is called Skepticism that cultivates the ability to open up you to the alternatives. There will be no judgement. It will question and challenge you to be a better person.
We need to accept the new. We need to explore the adventure. If we don’t step over the traditional path, then how we get certain about the alternatives. If we learn these from school, then we can be a better person in our life.
