5) All shops and markets in provincial and semi-country zones that are enlisted can open.
6) In urban areas or urban zones, just independent shops and private shops can open
7) Market buildings, aside from those inside the restrictions of metropolitan companies and regions, are permitted to open.
What will stay shut:
1) Shops in single and multi-brand shopping centers would not be permitted to open.
2) Complexes with groups of shops will stay shut.
3) Liquor shops will stay shut.
4) Market edifices situated in region zones will be closed.
