The official website of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) hacked on Wednesday. In this regard, a complaint has filed before the cyber cell of Delhi Police and necessary action has demanded.
Alok Kumar, the executive chairman of the council, alleged in a video message that after hacking the website, objectionable messages were put on him which are not only provocative but also spoilers of social harmony.
He said, “It is a matter of concern for all of us that the website of Vishwa Hindu Parishad has hacked this morning. The hackers who put it on its home page are heading ‘Rise Up Against the BJP’. The messages that have written are inflammatory.”
Kumar called it a “conspiracy” and said that a complaint has made in this regard to the cyber cell of the Delhi Police and the Union Home Ministry. He said, “This is not a small prank. Putting such messages on the council’s homepage is a provocative action. This is an attempt to dissolve the communal harmony of India. This is an attempt to incite violence.”
He appealed to the council workers to refrain from any such efforts and maintain peace and harmony. The council leader said, “The Union Home Ministry has made aware of this incident. Complaint has also made in cyber cell.
The police officers have assured us that they understand the seriousness of the matter and will take immediate and decisive action on it and will arrange to punish the culprits.
