US Ambassador to India, Ken Juster, on Saturday said he met Ngodup-la, Representative of Tibetan Spiritual pioneer Dalai Lama in Delhi and Secretary Gyalpo.
“Our nearby collaboration with the Office of HH the Dalai Lama keeps on developing. Made the most of my gathering with Ngodup-la, Representative of His Holiness in Delhi, and Secretary Gyalpo – accomplices in extending ties between the American and Tibetan individuals,” Juster said in a tweet.
The People’s Republic of China (PRC) asserts that Tibet is a necessary piece of China. The Tibetan Government-in-Exile keeps up that Tibet is an autonomous state under unlawful occupation.
In 1950, the recently settled Communist system in China attacked Tibet, which was wealthy in characteristic assets and had a deliberately significant fringe with India.
Prior this month on July 7, US had wished Tibetan Spiritual pioneer Dalai Lama on his birthday while naming him an “image of the battle for Tibetans and their legacy.”
