State Government of Karnataka is about to ease up over the Sunday curfew. But they are retaining on the order of lockdown of 7-7 for the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the initial stages of lockdown 4.0, the state government ordered to enforce the lockdown throughout the Sunday.
In the last Sunday, a day before Eid-ul-Fitr, the lockdown was implemented across the state. The Chief Secretary T M Vijay Bhaskar stated that the lockdown on Sunday is not going to complete from the 7 am to 7 pm. But the lockdown during the night will continue as per the order.
In the state, the total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus is 2,533 with +115 cases. Amid this pandemic, the state government is trying to ease up over the restriction around the state and also trying to slow down the curb of infection.
