This will help the organizations to impart some new skills in the newly trending technology which is 5G, augmented reality or virtual reality among all the employees working in this.
This platform will purchase AI to provide personalized, interactive, and on-demand contextual training to all the employees working in the company. It also helps them to make suggestions on some relevant career paths which will help them to follow the correct guidelines and will also provide them training which will help them to improve their skills.
The content and assessments of this platform have been spread to 30 global partners. This platform will be also used to accelerate the supply among people who are needed in organizations with one of the current major topics of Covid-19.
With improving the skills it will also provide the correct tools which will help them to increase their business, also enable every employee to enroll and continuously upgrade their skills according to the need of organization and industry.
As told by Vaishali Phatak who is the Technical Learning Services & Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) of the company that this platform has helped them to deliver the current projects in full-stack or in the end to end professionals.
