Tata Motors are restarting their operations for specific plants and selected dealership across the nation. the manufacturer of commercial and passenger vehicle has started their working operation in Pantnagar (Uttarkhand) and Sanand (Gujrat) plants are following the government guidelines and approvals.
There are 200 Tata Motor dealerships and 300 workshops for passenger vehicles by Tata Motors. For commercial vehicles, there are 400 sales outlet and 885 workshops with standard operating procedures. The manufacturing plants in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Dharwad (Karnataka), Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), Pune (Maharashtra) are almost ready to start production. They are about to commence all the activity within a few days. Among these plant, Pune is the only plant, where the ambulances are manufactured.
All the workers and employees are going to follow all the norms of social distancing and other industrial guidelines by the Government of India. Also, all the workers are ordered to report their medical states in Arogya Setu app.
