According to a new study which was published on Tuesday in the journal Heart, found that a daily hot but is also associated with a 28% which lowers the risk of heart disease and 26% lower risk of a stroke likely because taking a bath is also associated with lowering your blood pressure.
The researchers said that they have discovered this after taking the bathing habits and cardiovascular disease risk of more than 61000 Japanese adults of 20 years. This study was done on the participants with the age of 40 to 59 and it was noted that they had no history of heart disease were followed from 1990 to 2009.
in this study at the start, the participants were separated into groups by how often they took part in a path on average: less than a week, one to two times per week, almost daily, or every day.
According to the report which was concluded after the study, it’s said that tub bathing is considered to have a preventive effect against heart disease by improving hemodynamic function. This also describes the way that blood is able to be pumped efficiently through the body.
