There are three-phase plan is going to approaching in Spain to ease over the lockdown restriction. The authority is assuming that the normality will be returned within the end of June. This plan is going workout by the priorities of provinces. This is the primary key point of these phases.
These stages are depending over the factors like the rate of the infection is evolving or not, the amount of intensive care bed in the local provisions as well. The first phase has included that the service businesses like Hairdressing which are done by appointments that will be resumed from May 4. Take-away services of restaurants will be allowed in this phase. Professional sports seasons will get back to the training from May 2.
But the Canaries archipelago – La Gomera, El Hierro and La Graciosa – and the Balearic island of Formentera will follow some different rules of phase 1. Small businesses can resume their service by following safety measures. There will be 30% occupation in the terraces of bars and restaurants. Tourist and hotel accommodation are allowed to provide services in common areas as well. Aged over 65 individuals will visit shops in a separate timing of the day.
In Phase 2, the theatres and cinemas will be open for one-third of civilians as per the capacity of these places. Cultural centres, places of worship will be open for a few visitors. The hunting and fishing sports will be allowed as well. In Phase 3 all the restrictions will be loosened by following the medical condition of the civilians. The beaches will be open in this phase. But all of this permission will be followed by the attitude of civilians, that if they follow the safety measures or not.
