Tuesday the government of SC has allowed non-essential business/shop to be open. Non-essential businesses were asked to close about two weeks ago by SC Governor Henry McMaster because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
But it’s not an easy job. Business owners need to be careful and take all necessary precautions to avoid any contamination of the coronavirus. Some shops are partially allowing visitors to go inside the shop but most of them have prohibited visitors access to the inside of the shop.
Stores like clothes and walk-in markets are also restricted the entrance of huge crowds by allowing once at a time.
On Monday, Governor McMaster canceled his previous order to allow all stores to reopen. But, the stores must be following social distancing requirements by operating at 20% occupancy or five customers per 1,000 square feet.
But some people are started to self isolate. Even not all of the store are not open. Business owners are preferring safety over the money.
