Pakistan has admitted to being its hand behind the Pulwama attack, after which the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders have become vocal on those who question the central government. Former Army Chief and Minister of State for External Affairs in Modi Government VK Singh has attacked the opposition. On Pakistan’s confession, VK said, To say that the government must have carried out the attack and hence earlier this party had also talked about a saffron terror, one wanted to make it big. On such people, the public should not believe at all, rather I would say that they should put shoes in the open.
On 14 February 2019, when there was a terrorist attack on a convoy of security forces in Pulwama, the opposition attacked the Narendra Modi government fiercely. Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah had said that Modi’s hand is behind the Pulwama attack because he wanted to win the election. Abdullah said that India should request that a United Nations committee be formed to investigate and disclose the evidence of damage in the Balakot attacks.
What Pakistan said…
Fawad Chaudhary, a minister in Pakistan’s Imran Khan government, has admitted in a statement that Pakistan was involved in the attack on CRPF convoy in Pulwama. He said that the Pulwama attack is the success of Pakistan. Fawad Chaudhary credited Imran Khan and his party PTI for the Pulwama attack. He said that the Pulwama attack is an achievement for Imran Khan. However, after the uproar, he reversed his statement.
Fawad Chaudhary said in a special conversation with Aaj Tak that there were two sentences. One took place on 14 February while the other took place on 26 February. The incident which I have mentioned in my speech is on 26 February. When Hindustan had committed to enter the Pakistan border. And after that we gave a befitting reply to him. Our Jeff-Thunder fighter ships have destroyed your ships and caught the greetings. Along with this, he said that what happened on February 14 was definitely shocking. Our Prime Minister also spoke on this. We had offered you that you should come, give evidence, let’s investigate together. But you did not do that either. The problem is that inside India there is a lot of anger about Pakistan while in Pakistan it is not so
