Now the National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken its decision and informed the supreme court that it is not possible to have overseas examination centers for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test.
The Undergraduate 2020 known as UG as the examination will be conducted in paper book format. The affidavit which was filed on August 11, and the NTA informed that the exams cannot be conducted in the examination cannot be conducted in cities abroad as NEET (UG) has to be conducted in a single shift at the same time and on the same day in order to maintain the uniformity. An affidavit filed on August 11 describes that NTA has informed that it is not possible to conduct the exams in a single shift at the same time within the same day in order to maintain it uniformly.
The affidavit also said that all the question papers and other exams material to be transported to a large number of exam centers in many cities the material will be transferred by NTA. All this has been made to maintain the proper and secure delivery of the same exam centers. The MCI has clarified that the exam will be held in multiple-choice questions and will be given to all the candidates in all the exam centers so that to maintain the uniformity of all the candidates who have applied for the exam. It has been said that NEET will be in an online mode.
On September 13 2020 the exam will be held. The main reason to fill the affidavit is the request made to seek the directions to hold all the NEET centers in other gulf countries.
Some parents from various countries reached the court but their request has been dismissed by the Kerala High court.
