Eight-time Olympic gold medallist Usain Bolt on Monday revealed that he has been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus that continues to threaten the entire world.
The 34-year-old legendary sprinter took to his official Twitter handle and posted a video of him, confirming that he had undergone COVID-19 test a few days back and the report came out with positive result.
Bolt further informed that he has now self-isolated himself at home, and also advising everyone to stay safe.
‘I’m trying to be responsible so I’m going to stay in for me and my friends. Also, I have no symptoms. I’m going to quarantine myself and wait to see what the protocol is. Until then, I’m quarantined by myself and just taking it easy. Be safe out there,” Bolt said.
