A low pressure has been formed in the area of Bay of Bengal on Thursday which will results in a heavy rainstorm in some parts of Odisha in the coming days.
A low pressure has been created in the Bay of Bengal region which has formed due to cyclonic revolution. The Director of the Meteorological Center in Bhubaneshwar Mr. H R Biswas has said that pressure has been created in north Odisha and in West Bengal coasts.
This is not the first time this pressure has been created this is the third time it has been created in the same region in a month. From August 4 and 9 the Odisha has suffered from these types of heavy rainfall which has beaten up many areas of Odisha. In the past few days, a lot of heavy rainfall took place in Malkangiri, Rayagada, Kendrapapra, Cuttack, and Kalahandi districts. Malkangiri, Rayagada, Kendrapara, Cuttack, and in Kalahandi district.
It has been noticed that till August 16 due to the formation of this low-pressure area and heavy rainstorm will lead to strike many parts of Odisha. The speed of wind is around 40-50 Km/hr. In this case, all the fishermen are advised not to roam around into the sea on Friday and Saturday.
The government has given an orange warning for Malkangiri and Koraput till Friday. Not only in these two regions heavy rainfall is likely to occur in other regions also like in Ganjam, Puri, Gajapati, Jagatsinghpur, Rayagada, Nabarangpur, Kandhamal, Kalahandi, Sambalpur and Deogarh districts, in all these districts yellow warning has been given.
It has been said that there will be heavy rainfall in some areas of these districts on Sunday and Monday which are Nuapada, Bargarh, Kalahandi, Sambalpur, Bolangir, Nabarangpur, Deogarh and in some other districts also.
