Industrial executives and professionals are saying that people are not capable of recharge online, entirely depending over mobile stores and recharge centre, the diagram of telecom users are decreasing very sharply.
It has been reported that India has 370 million and more feature phone user. Among them, the migrating workers are unable to recharge their phones. There are more than 85 million Reliance Jio 4G VolTE phone users as well.
Among the 1.15 billion mobile phone users have pre-paid connection. They need to recharge their periodically or monthly to get the service. Meanwhile, as the migrant workers are unable to recharge, telecom services like Airtel and Vodafone are coming forward to extend the subscription plans until April
