Maharashtra Government stated that flights are going to take off and land in Mumbai from May 25. Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) plans and fine-tunes the airport operations must initiate minimum domestic flights as per the government.
The Chief Minister’s Office tweeted that the chief minister told to Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, truly necessary flights. Those flights which are related to international transfer passengers, medical emergencies and students — are permitted to operate.
Also, the ministry will send a plan for the boarding of the passengers. The movement of airport staff will also be checked. They will look over the situation to imply suitable plans to avoid the chances of infection while land in and take off.
