India is entering the third phase of lockdown from Monday morning. The Ministry of Home Affairs has been announced the new guidelines of Lockdown 3.0. According to that guideline, there will be some consideration of relaxation for the Green and Orange zone, which are also not applicable to the Red zone and Containment zone.
The government has been divided the entire country into three specific colour zones, in spite of coronavirus infection in those areas. The lockdown will be continued to 17 May 2020. Just like the previous two phrases, in this lockdown period, the transportation service will be banned strictly. No vehicle will be allowed to run on the public or private preferences.
Inter-state transportation will also be banned as well. The Air, Rail, Road travel will only be allowed on emergency purposes and with the approval of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The educational sectors like School, Colleges, Universities, Coaching classes will be closed across the country.
The large scale of the gathering will also be prohibited until 17 May. The non-essential goods services will be open for limited timing. That will be allowed from 7 am to 7 pm. But these are not applicable for containment zone. The barbershops, salons, spas are allowed to serve in the orange and green zone with the precautionary measures. Amazon and Flipkart are allowed to do delivery in the Orange and Green Zone. But this relaxation will be applicable for the red zone at all.
Liquor shops will be open in the Red, Orange and Green zone, but there are some guidelines to follow up. The shops which are not located amid markets or shopping malls, they are allowed to open. The buyer must wear a mask to buy liquor by maintaining the social distance.
Maidservants will be allowed to resume their work for domestic help, as they need to be supported amid this crisis. But in the red zone, the resident welfare committee must take the call to allow the outsider.
