The chemical blast on August 4 has cost many lives and has triggered the peace of Beirut. Many have lost their loved one in the explosion. The explosion has also affected Beirut economically.

Diab announced his government resignation. He is facing the angry street protest and rallies against him this includes the blowing of horns in the streets and damage of fire in the countryside.
Security forces of Lebanon’s clashes with protestors who are urging to end of the present political system. While Prime was delivering the speech at the end says” I announce the resignation of the government” He also tries to
cast himself as an external victim of a corrupt and selfish political leadership.
According to the reports of health ministry around 160 people were killed in the disaster. 6000 were wounded and at least 20 are missing after the explosion. Before the Diab’s announcement about the resignation 2-3
cabinet members already resigned and after the
announcement, many leaders have decided to quit. As per the reports, the next elections are most likely to take place in the next month.
