In urban grocery stores, the stocks are coming from vertical firms. It is a huge, indoor facility, where farmers cultivate plantations in the supervised temperature, efficient lighting and adequate water supplies.
Many restaurants have been started their own vertical firming to provide fresh food to the customers. Amid this pandemic, where touching vegetables or crops could increase the mass transfusion, the idea of indoor farming has reduced the third party delivery as well.
But this industry requires a huge financial back up to stay up. As it needs LED lights, ventilation, temperature control tools, 24×7 power supplies: so it must get profits.
