There are more than a thousand people who used to move from one city to another for a job. As the lockdown has been extended to May, many people are running from the quarantine shelter.
Government has imposed many schools and village council buildings as the form of shelter to keep the migrant safe.
But as there is a lack of basic facility, people are running away. In Bihar, people are running away at night and coming back in the morning for free food. There are 350 million population among Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. An outbreak within this density of population could make the pandemic situation worse.
As many people have returned to the home, the government has ordered for 14 days of mandatory quarantine for them. But as per the order, many people are refused to stay at the quarantine centre. Doctor visits their house to check if those men are carrying any symptoms of COVID-19.
