A Meeting of government and farmer leaders is going on in Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi. It took more than 3 hours for the fourth round of talks between government and farmer leaders on agricultural laws. There was also a lunch break during this marathon meeting. During this time, the peasant leaders did not approve of the government’s sake and asked for their food and ate it.
The food for the peasant leaders came packed from the Indus border in a white ambulance. Food for the peasant leaders reached from the anchor on the Indus border. Farmer leaders had already made up their mind that they would not accept the food of the government.
Let us tell you that the farmers are protesting at the Delhi border for the last 8 days against the agricultural laws of the Central Government. Farmers are demanding withdrawal of agricultural laws. At the same time, the government is busy convincing the farmers. The government says that the agricultural law is in favor of the farmers.
Kavita Talukdar is the only woman from the farmers’ leaders in today’s meeting. Kavita is a social activist and also a member of the Central Coordination Committee of this movement. Kavita has made tremendous arguments in this discussion while representing the peasant leaders.
Kavita’s questions in the meeting freed the sweat of the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture. Kavita is also a member of All India Kisan Joint Committee. After the government’s reply, the farmer leaders asked why the government was moving in circular circles.
The talks between the government and farmers leaders started at 12 noon. The farmers put their demands on the MSP. The farmers drew a ten-page blueprint on their behalf. A total of ten pages were submitted to the government by the United Kisan Morcha.
