The spouse of a town pradhan (chose head) and three others have been reserved for supposedly faking her mark on government archives to pull back assets under different heads in Sant Kabir Nagar region. Police said nobody has been captured at this point.
They said Dariyabad town pradhan Shayma Fatta (37), in the wake of winning the panchayat political race, went to Bahrain and is remaining there while her significant other Abdul Fatta, who bargains in land, and others were showing the panchayat to intermediary.
The other charged are Abdul’s nephews Suhail Ahmed and Belal and neighbor Lalachand, said Shri Prakash Yadav, station house official of Dudhara police station,.Sant Kabir Nagar District Magistrate Raveesh Gupta on Saturday requested an investigation into the issue.
Yadav said police is investigating the job of Shayma, who won the pradhan’s political decision just because. Residents said the pradhan would visit the town once in a while, said police.
Following a police grievance by locals, a FIR was held up against the four men under different IPC segments, including 419 (cheating by personation), 420 (cheating and untrustworthily actuating conveyance of property), 467 (fabrication of important security, will, and so forth), 468 (falsification for motivation behind cheating) and 409 (criminal break of trust by local official).
The objection was recorded with a senior cop.
