Gurugram Shopping Malls To Reopen From July 1
The Haryana Government has allowed shopping malls in Gurugram(Gurgaon) and Faridabad to reopen from Tomorrow
The Haryana Government had earlier allowed malls to reopen from June 7 across the state , barring Gurgaon and Faridabad that accounted for overwhelming infections and fatalities of COVID-19.
Gurugram accounted for 5,070 of the total 13,427 cases in the state while Faridabad had 3,325
The death account in Gurugram was 83 and in Faridabad 71 out of the states tally of 218.
The state government has listed out various restrictions to ensure social distancing in the malls and has said only 50% of the total sitting capacity in restaurants are allowed
Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible
Practice frequent hand washing with soap even when hands are not visibly dirty
Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
Use of alcohol based hand sanitizers can be made wherever feasible
Entrance to have mandatory hand sanitizer and thermal screening provisions
All workers, customers ,visitors to be allowed only if using face masks
All employees who are at higher risks and who have underlying medical conditions have to take extra precautions .
The premises should follow Social distancing norms at all times
Number of customers inside the shop to keep at a minimum to maintain physical distancing
Timings for the malls will be 9AM TO 8PM. adding no person SHALL BE OUT ON ROADS BEYOND 9PM.
