Usha,born in Payyoli, Kozhikode district of Kerala remained the “The Queen Of Track and Field”for almost 2 decades .
She is probably the first Indian Sports icon who returned to track and field after taking a pause from the sport following her marriage (in 1991).
Wishes poured in on social media as the Legendary India Track and Field athlete P.T.Usha turned 56.
Former cricketer Yuvraj Singh and Union Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju extended their wishes to the queen of Indian track and field.
