A cold breeze and rain hit parts of Delhi on Sunday, 18th May 2020. This is exactly what was needed for all the people getting bored stuck inside their homes due to current ongoing lockdown. It uplifted the mood of many and left behind a pleasant weather, the perfect one to sip tea and munch on some biscuits. The city recorded a maximum temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature of was 22.6 degree Celsius. With the humidity level ranging from 35% to 69%, says the India Meteorological Department.
While most of the parts experienced light showers, it did hail in some parts of North West Delhi especially, Rohini. With no sounds of horns beeping there was something different about this rain. It was peaceful, which is exactly what is needed during this time of the pandemic. When everyone is worried about the infection going on mother nature is providing us with her little joys. Past few weeks have been very sunny, the rain came to our save us all just at the right time.
Weather is said to remain cloudy for the next two days. It may rain on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday next week. Current temperature is 34 degree Celsius with 10% precipitation, 38% humidity and the wind blowing at a speed of 13km/hr.
