People from the Pacific are having a tough time going through such a disaster. They are not only endangered by the havoc of the ‘novel’ coronavirus but also a deadly cyclone Harold has left them appalled.
The supply routes are damaged and the destruction has made it really incompetent for the individuals to remain undivided and maintain social distancing. This terrible situation in the Pacific has closed all the doors for help and people have no other choice rather than evacuating to centres. Their houses have been destroyed and that was the bare solution to remain in quarantine.
People, in the Pacific, are in despair since there is no possibility of support in either way. A place named Vanuatu has received an emergency humanitarian fund by the UN. Jonathan Pyre, director from the Pacific Islands Program said that people are in dire need of support and foreign countries should come forward to help them. He further added that he is hopeful and has faith that everything will recover.
