The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to hang on Wednesday the draw of parcels for distribution of pads on proposal under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021.
In January, DDA had put on offer 1,354 pads in four classes — Higher Income Group (HIG) pads, Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Janta pads (least expensive among the four classifications) — at areas like Dwarka, Jasola, Manglapuri, Vasant Kunj and Rohini.
How is the draw of parts held?
The draw will be founded on an irregular number-age framework and will be held within the sight of judges and senior officials of the DDA. Through this, the effective bidders are picked out of 33,000 applications that were submitted till February 16, the last date for the plan.
