Burger King’s IPO has received tremendous response from investors. The IPO became fully subscribed within two hours as soon as it opened at 10 am, that is, it was fully subscribed in 2 hours. Whereas Burger King’s shares have subscribed 1.5 times till 12:30 pm.
Burger King is set to raise Rs. 810 crore through its IPO. The price band of Burger King’s IPO is Rs. 59-60 per share. The lot size of Burger King’s IPO is 250 shares. Investors will have to apply for at least one lot share. All brokerage houses have advised investing in this IPO.
The company has set aside 10 percent of the IPO for the retail investor. At the same time, 15 percent will be reserved for non-institutional investors. While 75 percent of the rest will go to qualified institutional investors. Burger King IPO has a fresh issue of Rs. 450 crore. While the promoter’s company QSR Asia Private Limited will sell 6 crore shares.
Burger King’s IPO will be open till December 4. Investors will have to invest around 15 thousand rupees for a lot. According to the information, the allocation of shares will be done on December 9 and the company will be listed on the stock markets on December 14. Investors will have to buy at least one lot share.
