Former Australian bowler Brad Hogg believes that the T-20 World Cup should not be cancelled. He thinks it would be better if teams could be brought in advance and all the participants could be tested for Coronavirus.
He suggested that since there are no commercial flights, the participants could come through chartered flights. And further, all the members of each team could be tested. If there is any issue the player could be quarantined and if there isn’t any problem then the game should be continued instead of being cancelled.
He also referred cancelling the T-20 World Cup as ‘weird’ and unauthentic. On talking about the practice of the players, Hogg added that they could be brought a month before the actual game. Once they have prepared well for the game to be held in the next month, they could play efficiently.
