Meanwhile loads of messages, tons of forwards and the spread of fake news have filled our ears. Now there is a new confusion of two-way conversing platforms. What to trust and what not to have completely fallen into part. Now that a year has passed and all advice has lost count, ultimately, we all figured out what matters is the “Health”. The person’s body needs to maintain its immunity to fight back.
Here are some nourishments which you are likely to have if you are hit by covid-19 (coronavirus disease of 2019). Plants, fruits, and essential oils are rich in antimicrobial essence. You can use them commonly in most food dishes or can consume directly, like cloves, thyme, oregano, vanilla, garlic, cinnamon, and mustard. Some food items are also there that you can consume directly or add it in your food dish like yogurt, turmeric, cinnamon, honey, and cranberry.
1. Vegetable Soup
Easy DIY meal which you can make on quick go! Full of nutrition and vitamins which will help your body boost its immunity.
Directions: chop 1 carrot, 1 beet, 1 capsicum, 1 onion, a handful of beans, 2 tomatoes and put in a pressure cooker. You can add salt and pepper to taste, 2 pods of roughly smashed garlic for more nourishment and a small piece of crushed ginger for better result. You can add 3 tbsp skinless moong dal along with 3 glasses of water and keep it well in the cooker. Cook this mixture for two whistles. Directions: one tbsp ghee in a pressure cooker. Add black pepper corns and a cinnamon stick along with bay leaf. Now roast moong dal-use half a cup. Mix the washed rice with the quantity of 4cups, add chopped tomatoes and half a cup green pea for better taste, now add salt according to your convenience , turmeric and 4 cups of water. Cook for 3 whistles. Temper with ghee and hing.
3. Millet Coconut Rice
Directions: Soak millet for a good 6-8 hours. In a deep pan, allow 1.25 cups water to come to a boil. Add salt and a few drops of coconut oil. Add soaked millet and boil it in an open vessel till it gets soft. Make sure, do not overcook, else it will be too mushy. Heat oil in a deep pan. Add all tempering ingredients and toss them till you get the aroma. Now, add freshly grated coconut, salt and cook till light golden. Add cooked millet and toss well. Garnish with more grated coconut and fresh coriander leaves.

Directions: 1 frozen banana. Add 1½ cup frozen sliced peaches, 2 cups fresh chopped spinach, 1 tbsp. honey , ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk and ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt. Mix it in a mixture.
