Sylvain Charlebois, a professor and senior director of the Agri-food analytics lab at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada has been stated this as ‘changing pattern of food habit’. He said that the people are concerned about eating food amid a biological emergency. They are choosing farming products over the ready to eat food items.
Avocado toast is the most find in the home favourites list. But amid this war of health and virus, the vegetables are running fast than the frozen food, which is a good sign for the better and healthy eating habits of people.
