Europe is facing the worse situation of coronavirus pandemic. But despite that, Austria is going to allow the activity of some shops on Tuesday. They are easing over the restrictions of a pandemic.
Some garden centres, DIY stores and small shops will be open initially. As the Austrian government is trying to restart the economy, the basic shops will start to serve initially. But it has been stated also that the manner of social distancing must be followed by the citizens.
Austria is the first one from the European region, restricting of lockdown months ago. As soon as the nation survived by flattening the curve of a new infection, the chancellor Sebastian Kurz has announced to lift the restriction of lockdown to rearrange the economical balance.
400 sq m (4,300 sq ft) in size shops will be allowed to reopen in Austria. Hardware stores and garden centres are also allowed to start trading. Departmental stores, shopping mall and beauty parlours will be shut down until May if the health condition will cover soon.
