With the onset of winter, cases of coronavirus infection are also increasing rapidly in the country. In the last 24 hours in the country, 50,357 new cases of corona have been reported. With this, the number of corona infected in the country has increased to 84,62,081. According to the report of the Union Ministry of Health, with more than 78 lakh people being infection-free, the recovery rate of corona infected patients in the country has been 92.41 percent.
According to the data released at 8 am on Saturday, 577 more people died in 24 hours due to Corona being hit in the country. So far 1,25,562 people have lost their lives due to Corona’s grip on the country. According to the Health Ministry, so far 78,19,886 people have become infection-free, with the recovery rate of patients in the country reaching 92.41 percent. The death rate from corona in the country has come down to 1.48%. The number of Covid patients being treated in the country is below six lakhs for the ninth consecutive day.
Statistics show that 5,16,632 corona infected patients are currently being treated in the country, which is 6.11 percent of the total cases. In India, the number of infected had crossed 20 lakh on 7 August, 30 lakh on 23 August, and 40 lakh on 5 September. At the same time, the total cases had crossed 50 lakh on 16 September, 60 lakh on 28 September, 70 lakh on 11 October, and 80 lakh on 29 October.
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 11,65,42,304 samples of Covid-19 were tested till November 6. Of these, 11,13,209 samples were tested on Friday. More than 6,000 cases of corona are being reported daily in Delhi for the last four days. On Wednesday, 6,842 cases were reported. After this Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal admitted that the third wave of infection in the national capital is effective.
